Revenue Codes Section

Enter revenue code information.

  1. In the Associated Revenue Code(s) table, click Add.

  2. In the Description of This Associated Revenue Code Entry field, enter the name for the revenue code group.

  3. In the Determine Fee Table Amount By Code Authorized or Code Claimed field, select the appropriate method of determining the fee table amount.

  • If Code Authorized is selected, the fee table amount for the service will be calculated based on the code authorized.
  • If Code Claimed is selected, the fee table amount will use the fee table amount of the procedure code submitted on the claim.
  1. In the Add/Delete Revenue Code field:

  • Select Add to add revenue codes to the revenue code group.
    In the Select Revenue Code to Add field, enter the revenue code.
  • Select Delete to remove a revenue code from the group.
    In the Select Revenue Code to Delete field, select the revenue code.
  1. The Associated Revenue Codes Included in This Entry field displays revenue codes in the code group.
