EOB Interface File to General Ledger

Generate an EOB interface file to the General Ledger.

• This form is enabled through the Enable EOB Interface to General Ledger registry setting.

• This form generates an EOB interface file to the General Ledger.

• The format of the generated EOB interface file is used with Geneva Software's Quantum accounting software.

1. In the Delete Previous Compile, Regenerate Previous Compile or New Compile field:

• Select Delete Previous Compile to delete a compile.

• Select Regenerate Previous Compile to recreate a compile.

• Select New Compile to create a compile.

2. In the Compile Number field, select the compile.

3. In the All Or Individual Providers field:

• Select All to generate an EOB interface file for all providers.

• Select Individual to select a provider.
  In the Provider field, enter the provider name, and select.

4. In the Transaction Date field, enter the date.

5. In the Select EOB(s) field, select the EOBs.

6. Click Process.
