Receipt Transfer - Same Client - Cal-PM

Transfer a client's receipt for payment from one of their services to another of their services.

Prerequisites:

  • A receipt must be defined in the Receipt Definition form.
  • A receipt must be generated in a remittance processing form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Billing > Remittance Processing > Void/Transfer/Re-Print Receipts > Receipt Transfer - Same Client
  2. In the Client field, search for and select a client by name or ID.
  3. In the Receipt Number field, select the receipt number.
  4. In the Payment To Edit field, select the payment.
    Result: Payments associated with the receipt are available.
  5. The Transaction Date, Amount Posted, and Posting Code fields display information for the selected receipt.
  6. In the Reverse Code field, select the reversal posting code to use for moving the payment.
  7. In the Date Of Service To Transfer To field, enter the date.
  8. In the Service To Transfer To field, select the service that the payment should be put toward.
  9. In the Guarantor field, search for and select the service guarantor.
  10. Select Submit.
