Review MEDS Information - Cal-PM

Display the information contained in a client's MEDS (Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System) file. 
Note: Fields in this form are display only.

Perequisite: A MEDS file must be provided by the facility through the California MEDS File Load form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Account Management > Review MEDS Information
  2. In the Select screen, enter the MEDS ID#, or beneficiary's name, click Process MEDS Name/ID# Search. Select the file.
    • The MEDS Information pre-display opens.
    • Select the MEDS file date, click Edit.

  3. MEDS information contained in the uploaded MEDS file displays in the associated fields.
