Clients with Expired Eligibility widget

The Clients with Expired Eligibility widget displays all clients who have a service with a date after the expiration date for the payer. Records will be removed from the list when the current date is over 30 days past the expiration date. This includes only applicable financial classes that are submitted to payers (i.e. Do not include self-pay). This includes Financial Eligibility, Cross Episode Financial Eligibility and Family Financial Eligibility records.

The widget's drop-down list allows you to filter by Guarantor or All, and by Programs or All. All Guarantors and Programs display by default.

The following fields should be displayed in the widget:

  • Client Name (Last, First)
  • Client ID
  • Episode #
  • Guarantor
  • Program
  • Policy #
  • Coverage Expiration Date

The items should be listed in order by Client Name, Client ID and Guarantor.

The Financial Eligibility, Cross Episode Financial Eligibility or Family Financial Eligibility form for the selected client displays if you double-click on the record in the list.
