Troubleshooting FOTO: Linking Issues

This is a guide for the steps to take if a FOTO episode is not linking or getting released to a patient's documentation note.

TheraOffice customers utilizing the FOTO integration

Steps:

FOTO is a third party company that is integrated with TheraOffice. For this reason, when troubleshooting the integration, it is important to look on both ends of the issue: TheraOffice and FOTO. To simplify the troubleshooting process, Hands On Technology staff can contact FOTO on your behalf.

In order to do so, we will need some basic information about the patient and your clinic, which will then be provided FOTO:

1. The clinic name.

2. The FOTO login (the name before the / when signing into FOTO).

3. The date of the episode.

4. The patient ID number.

*Please DO NOT send any personal health information, including a patient's name, over email*

After this information is obtained, FOTO will be contacted and the episode should be released and available to be claimed within TheraOffice.

Let them know you are a TheraOffice customer and would like the episode released. You can also send them an email with the information listed above at:support@fotoinc.com
