Treatment Progressions

This guide reviews how add, edit, and delete a treatment progression.

Steps:

TheraOffice Documentation allows the user to add, edit and/or delete the treatment progressions available in the module.

To Add a Treatment Progression

1. In the backstage menu, select "Documentation", and then "Treatment Progressions."

2.Click Add Progression.

3.Name the Progression and select an owner if desired. Then, click "OK."

4.Select "Add Treatment," then "Add Parent."

5.Use the Treatment Dropdown to select the desired Treatment.

6.Enter the appropriate settings for each level of the progression.

7.If you would like the Home Exercise Plan box to be checked by default when the progression is added to the note, select the HEP box next to each level.

8.Select whether you would like the treatment to be deleted or discharged when completed.

9.When complete, click OK.

10.To add another treatment to the progression, select the parent treatment, click "Add Treatment" then "Add Child."

11.Complete steps 5 - 9.

12.When satisfied with the Progression, click Close.

To Edit a Treatment Progression

1.In the backstage menu, select "Documentation", and then "Treatment Progressions."

2.Select the desired treatment progression to edit and click "Edit Progression."

3.Make the desired edits.

4.Click "OK"

To Delete a Treatment Progression

1.In the backstage menu, select "Documentation", and then "Treatment Progressions."

2.Select the desired treatment progression to delete in the Progressions window and click "Delete Progression."

3.This will populate the Confirm Delete window.

4.Click Yes.
