Tracking TheraOffice PE Surveys

Description:

TheraOffice PE: Surveys is a feature which enables you to send patient engagement surveys out to patients based on triggers in TheraOffice and enables the results of those surveys to be reflected in TheraOffice. This guide will walk you through the day-to-day use of this feature and how to find patients' results.

TheraOffice Web, version .17 or above**

Steps:

1.To view your TheraOffice PE results, navigate to Open TheraOffice PE in the Backstage Menu.

2.This will open the TheraOffice PE Surveys results page.

3.Use the filters in the top ribbon to filter the results by facility, provider, or search for individual patients. You can also filter by a particular date range within these selections. These date ranges are based on when the patient started the survey and can be customized according to the range you need.

4.Based on the filters you enter, you will see a table which displays a summary of the results. In the top section, you will see information about the number of surveys sent, started, and completed, as well as the number of patients who fall within each of the NPS score categories.

a.TIP: If you notice there is a high proportion of surveys which are being started but not completed, this could be indicative that your survey is too long or complex. You may consider adjusting the survey to improve this ratio.

b.NPS Scores are determined on a ten-point scale of how likely the patient is to recommend your clinic: 0-6 points makes a patient a detractor. 7-8 points is considered a passive opinion. Patients who score 9 or 10 are considered promoters.

5.If you would like to view the patients' individual answers to each question, highlight the survey result and select View Item in the upper right corner of the screen. This will open the Survey Results window.

6.In addition to the scores and survey results available here, you will also be able to see patient's NPS scores and their survey results on the schedule and within the new document screen. If you click on those scores, the Survey Results window will pop up, enabling you to view their specific answers.
