Task Distribution Lists
Staff members can be added to a Distribution List. Any Auto Task assigned to that distribution list will be sent to every staff member inside it. To add or remove staff members from an Auto Task Distribution List, do the following:
Navigate to the Backstage Menu, click Administrator, and click Task Distribution Lists.
From the Distributions Lists screen, click Add, Edit, Delete, or Delete.
The image above is a listing of the distribution lists.
When adding or editing, alist ofcurrent staff members that are assigned to the distribution list will be displayed. Use the toolbar to add or remove a selected staff member.
The image above represents the user assigned to a selected distribution list.
Put a checkbox next to the name of the staff member that should be added to the distribution list. Click OK when finished.
