ScheduleVIBE

Description:

The ScheduleVIBE app is available for iOS, including both the iPhone and the iPad. This app is used for view-only access to the clinic schedule on these mobile devices. This is available to TheraOffice Web customers.

Applies To:

ScheduleVIBE app, TheraOffice Web. This application is not available to TheraOffice On-Site customers.

How to Install for Web Clients:

Before downloading ScheduleVIBE, please make sure that TheraOffice is updated to the most current version. The ScheduleVIBE app is available on all iPhones and iPads operating on iOS version 11 or above.

  1. Download ScheduleVIBE from the app store.
  2. Once downloaded, open the ScheduleVIBE App and choose the Web connection type.

3. Open the Connection Settings. This is the blue connection icon underneath the log in screen.

4. Click Add Conn. and add in your connection name and site ID. These settings can also be found on the log in screen of any computer that is already connected to TheraOffice. If you are unsure of what these settings will be, please contact your clinic Administrator.

5. Once the connection setting is added in, log in with TheraOffice Credentials.

6. Upon first log in, a TouchID/FaceID log in will appear that will allow logging in using facial recognition.

*Please note that Touch/FaceID can be enabled any time though the App Settings.

Using ScheduleVIBE:

Upon logging in, you will be prompted to select your facility, then, select the resource you would like to view in the app.

Once the facility and resource have been selected, you will be able to view that resource's schedule and the status of those visits.

Use the toggles at the top to navigate through the calendar, or the arrows at the bottom to view the next week.

If you wish, double-click on an appointment to access the patients' contact information. However, be advised that any information sent via the device may be unsecure. TheraOffice does not recommend transmitting any PHI through this channel.

The ScheduleVIBE app is view-only, so you will not be able to make changes or check in appointments within the app. However, if your clinic is utilizing TheraOffice PE Telehealth, you will be able to conduct your sessions via the app by pressing and holding the appointment and selecting "Start Telehealth Session."
