Resources

A Resource can be any provider, equipment, or treatment room that will have appointments assigned to it. Each resource creates a column on the schedule.

The image above shows where to viewthe Resources in the Home Ribbon.

The Resourcegrid can also be expanded by using the Down Arrow button. This willshow the Resources and alsoResource Groups.

Toshow a Resource on the schedule:

• If unchecked, click on the checkbox next to the Resource name to view the Resource.
• If the Resource Grid is expanded, click the Check All button to view all Resources.
• If the Resource Grid is expanded,highlight the Resource and select the Only Selected button to only show that particular Resource.

To notshow a Resource on the Schedule:

• Click on the checkbox next to the Resource name to uncheck it.

To show aResource Group:

• When the Resource grid is expanded, click on the Resource Group name.
