Print statements from the widget

The guide reviews how to print patient statements using the widget.

Steps:

1. Find the Patient Statements - Print Widget on the Clinic Navigator and open it up by clicking the "Maximize" button in the upper right-hand corner

2. This list will contain all statements currently outstanding in the system. If you see a patient more than once on this list, that does NOT mean they will be getting multiple statements.

3. When ready to print, click the Print Statement button at the top.

4. In the Print screen, you will need to choose what type of statement to print and who is actually receiving them.

5. It is recommended that you print a Summary statement, as that will include all outstanding visits in an easy-to-read list for the patients when they receive their bill. Check off all the ones who you want to receive a statement, and click OK.

6. Note that in the above example, Med Test is not checked by default. The Patient Statements - Print Widget is designed to only send statements to patients who have not received them in 30 days or more. Med Test had a statement printed recently, so they were not checked.
