Paying Previous Copay And Coinsurance Balances

If a patient has paid for a previous copay/coinsurance balance, but that balance has not yet been entered into the system, this is the procedure for entering the payment:

Selectthe appointment from the date the copay was due.

Right click on the appointment.

Select Apply Patient Payment from the menu.

The Apply Patient Payment will appear.
