Open PE Stats
Description:
The Open PE screen, available to Administrators from the Backstage Menu-->Open, can be used to track your return on investment for each PE feature, as well as it's general utilization, and the status of each invitation you send from TheraOffice for a PE offering.
Applies To:
TheraOffice Web, v20 or higher, with PE features enabled. Only the features which your clinic currently has enabled will be displayed.
Filters and Views:
The above image shows the filters available in Open PE.
The filters available in the Open PE screen work on each of the screens within the window, meaning each feature can be filtered independently.
The drop down filters include: Facility, Provider, and Patient. These are particularly useful if you are looking for specific information or using it as a productivity tracker across providers or locations.
The date range views can be used to show only Today, This Week, the current calendar month, the last 12 months, or any custom range you wish.
Export to Excel allows you to export the data you are currently viewing to an Excel sheet, where it can be manipulated, printed, or formatted how ever you wish.
Surveys:
The image above shows the Open PE stats for Patient Surveys.
The Surveys screen allows you to view a summary of surveys sent, started, and returned for your clinic, as well as an overall look at your NPS scores. You are able to see an overview of each specific survey which was returned, as well as click on that survey to view the specific answers that patients provided to each question. Schedule Optimizer:
The image above shows the Open PE stats for the Schedule Optimizer.
Here, you can see the appointment time and date for which invitations were sent, the number of patients who received the invite, whether the slot was filled, the facility and provider the appointment was filled for, the patient who scheduled it, and that patient's ID number.
Check In Automator:
The image above shows the Open PE stats for the Check In Automator.
Here, you can track your ROI on the check-in automator tool, as you can see exactly which appointments were checked in using the tool, the patients utilizing it, the providers and facilities the appointments are scheduled under, the check-in status of the appointment (whether the patient completed the check in process), as well as whether the payment was processed and what amount was run on the patients' payment profiles.
Telehealth:
The image above shows the Open PE stats for Telehealth.
Here, you can track the overall success of your telehealth sessions, as well as the amount paid by patients for copays during the sessions. You will see the appointment date, patient ID, patient name, facility, the provider, the check-in status (whether the patient attended the session successfully, as well as whether the invitation email was sent but the patient did not join), the copay due, and the copay paid.
Patient Portal:
The above image shows the Open PE stats for the Patient Portal.
Available only in 14.1.20.15 or later, the patient portal stats screen enables you to track your portal's performance and the status of your invitation emails. Review the summary for a quick glance at your invitations and their status, or double click on a name to view a more detailed history of that patient's journey through the portal, including the last step they completed in their registration with date stamps.
