No Show

To Mark An Appointment As No Show: Method 1

1.

Select desired appointment.

2.

Right click appointment.

3.

Click on No Show.

The above example shows the No Showoption while right clicking appointment.

To Mark An Appointment As No Show: Method 2

1. Select desired appointment. The Edit Appointment Ribbon tab will appear.
2. Click onthe No Show option.

The above example shows the No Show option in the Edit Appointment ribbon tab.

The Patient History Notes window will appear.

Enter appropriate information in field. The reason will be added to the patients case history which can be viewed in TheraOffice Accounting or Documentation. ClickingPrintwill print a cancel / no show report.

The above example shows the Patient History Notes window asking for a reason for the no show.

Click OK.

Patient Icon will turn yellow indicating that patient is a no show.
