Select desired appointment. |

Right click appointment. |

Click on No Show. |
The above example shows the No Showoption while right clicking appointment.

To Mark An Appointment As No Show: Method 2 |
|
1. Select desired appointment. The Edit Appointment Ribbon tab will appear. |
The above example shows the No Show option in the Edit Appointment ribbon tab.

The Patient History Notes window will appear. |
|
Enter appropriate information in field. The reason will be added to the patients case history which can be viewed in TheraOffice Accounting or Documentation. ClickingPrintwill print a cancel / no show report. |

Click OK. |
|
Patient Icon will turn yellow indicating that patient is a no show. |
