Last Appointment Italics

Overview

This feature will show a patient's last scheduled appointment in an italicized font. This will help clinics make sure that the front desk is able to schedule patients according to their plan of care before the patient falls into noncompliance, simplifying the process of continuing care. It is also a great way for providers to ensure a discharge note and plan are created when necessary.

TheraOffice Onsite and Web, version .18 or later

How to Enable and Use

This feature will automatically be turned on once the .18 update is installed on a computer. TheraOffice will take care of the rest in the background, including italicizing the name of any patients on their last appointment and setting them back to the standard font once a new appointment is scheduled.

*Notice this is NOT case specific. So if two cases are active for one patient, the last appointment for case A will not be italicized if future appointments for case B are scheduled*
