Image Editor

The Image Editor allows images to be saved and edited within TheraOffice. Common images are a clinic header, footer, home exercise pictures, or a clinic logo. The Image Editor allows an image to be to imported, scanned or captured, then cropped, resized, and rotated without leaving the software.

To Use The Image Editor:

1. Click Administrator, then Image Editor.

The Edit Image window will appear

2. Images may be uploaded via the Import button or the Scan / Capture button:

o Import: This feature should be used if the image is already saved to a file stored on the network.

o Scan / Capture: This feature should be used if the image needs to be scanned or captured.

To Import:

Click Import.
Select the folder where image is saved.
Double click on image.
Image will appear on Edit Image window.

To Scan / Capture:

Click Scan / Capture.
Highlight Source and click Select.
Scan or capture image as appropriate.
Image will appear on Edit Image window.

3. Crop, Resize, Rotate and/or add image description as necessary. These buttons are located on the main menu. NOTE: When cropping, right click on image and select Finish Crop
when crop size and location is appropriate.

4. Click the Save button to save the image out to disk.
