How to Setup the PhysioTec Integration
This article explains how to setup the PhysioTec integration in Administrator.

TheraOffice Version 14.1.23.0 (Web)/11.1.23.0 (On-Site), aka The Fall 2022 Update

Go to: Backstage Menu > Administrator > Application Options.
Result: A new tab will open with options on the left hand side of the screen. - Select PhysioTec.
Note: Clinics must call PhysioTec to get their username and password and facility key. As of the date this article was written (9/26/2022), users are unable to find all of this information by logging into the PhysioTec website. They must call.
- Once all of the credentials are entered in from PhysioTec, make sure the Enable Integration box is checked under the username and password fields and add the providers that are credentialed with PhysioTec from the dropdown menu below Licensed Providers.
Note: All providers in TheraOffice will appear in the dropdown, but you should only add providers to this list if they are signed up/have a license with PhysioTec.
