Home Exercise Plan

In the Objective section of every Daily Note and the Initial Treatment section of every Initial Evaluation, next to each treatment, there is a HEP checkbox. By checking the HEP checkbox next to each treatment, a home exercise is assigned to that patient.

The above example shows the objective section with the HEP checkbox checked.

If the treatment itself is linked to a picture and a set of instructions, then that will appear on a Home Exercise Report.

Toreview or edit the Home Exercises linked to each treatment:

1. Go to Manage>Data>Treatments.
2. Choose a treatment and click Edit Treatment.
3. Click the Ellipse next to the Home Exercise field.
4. Add or Edit an exercise by clicking Add/Edit Home Exercise. Highlight the appropriate exercise and click OK.

The treatment will now be linked to the home exercise picture and instructions.

To print a Home Exercise Plan:

Go to Generate Document Report and choose Home Exercise from the types of reports to generate. Then, click OK. This will generate a printable report to be given to the patient.
