Sending Tests to Patients:
Patients will only be able to access tests selected for them. To select tests for a patient:
1. Open the Patient Navigator and select Case Information.

2. Navigate to Patient Portal. This will open the Patient Portal invitation window, seen above.
3. Check offSend Functional Testing Request.Doing so will allow you to choose theSelectbutton.
4. Choose the tests you would like the patient to complete.
5. Finally, clickSend Request. That will email an invitation to the portal containing the functional tests for that patient. (Alternately, if you would like the patient to complete their registration in addition to the tests, check off Send New Registrationbefore you send the request. That will combine both pieces into one convenient portal process for your patient.)
Importing FunctionVIBE Tests from the Portal:

The above image shows a Patient Portal Functional Test Import in the Inbound Queue.
When a patient has completed their Functional Tests in the portal, their registration will appear in the Inbound Queue to be imported as normal.
When you get to the Import Functional Testing screen, users will be presented with 4 options: Create a New Date of Service (useful if the patient has not yet been scheduled), Use Existing Date of Service (useful for attaching to an existing appointment which has been checked in), Select From Future Appointment (fan favorite, attach to the patient's next visit) or Ignore. Depending on your selection, you will either enter a date for the DOS, or link the tests to an existing one.
What Your Patients Will See:

The above image shows what it would look like to complete the Neck Disability Index from the patient's perspective.
Patients will be walked through each test you selected, question by question, after completing the Initial Eval section and before they complete your clinic's policies.
