Overview
In this manual, we will discuss the different ways to create a new schedule item, view a schedule item, and edit a schedule item. As with other areas of TIER®, the user rights established by your organization will determine whether a staff member has the ability to create and edit schedule items, or view only.
Details
The TIER Scheduler is designed for use by reception or call center personnel to create schedule items and by staff to review their individual schedules. When a schedule item is created, resources are attached. These include staff, clients, groups, teams, inquiry, and equipment. Each resource has its own schedule and any schedule items to which a resource has been attached will appear on that schedule.
