Troubleshooting Crystal Reports

Try these troubleshooting tips when your Crystal reports don't run as expected.
Tips
- If the report doesn't print from a button, try printing it from the TIER Treeview.
- Run the report directly from Crystal to determine if it's an issue with the report or with TIER.
- Check the mapping. Remap the report in Crystal to ensure it's pointing to the correct server and database.
- Check the path for the report in the TIER treeview to confirm it's running the correct report.
- In Crystal, make sure the Save data with report option is not selected. Selecting this option will display the data on the report from the last time it was run.
- Make sure the user has access to the directory where the reports are saved.
- If the report is mapped using a drive letter, confirm the user has that drive letter mapped and that it is mapped to the proper location.
