Overview

Provide clients with access to their personal health information over the internet using TIER ePortal.

Clients can examine their records for accuracy, review their medications, and access other areas of their health record from an easily navigable menu.
A printable Patient Summary fulfills the Meaningful Use requirement for a Continuity of Care Document.
The Message Center gives clients the ability to send and receive correspondence to their providers over the secure TIER Tmail, request a prescription renewal, and even contact the agency’s customer service.
Clients can also request to schedule or cancel an appointment and view their appointment schedules and visit summaries.
