Overview

Previous tidbits have informed you about the Netsmart Wiki Help and how to access this via the TIER integration; however, some organizations may need additional setup for this to function as designed.

Do your users get redirected to the login screen shown below when trying to access the Netsmart Wiki Help via the TIER integration?

Resolution

All workstations and servers must have outbound internet access to the following secure sites, which should also be added to their trusted sites list: https://wikihelp.ntst.com, https://F1.wikihelp.ntst.com, and https://cdn.mindtouch.us. In the case of web proxies, the above domains must currently be allowed to bypass the web proxy.
