Join the TIER National User Group to share your TIER knowledge and communicate with and learn from other TIER users.

Details

• Netsmart Technologies Inc. recognizes the importance of knowledge sharing. By sponsoring the TIER National User Group, Netsmart provides a common ground for users to join in their quest to utilize TIER to its fullest potential.
• The TIER National User Group Meets the third Thursday of each month at 2 pm ET.
• You will receive auto reminders prior to the meetings and have access to the user forum where users can post questions and receive answers from other TIER users.
• TIER users currently meet virtually on a monthly basis to discuss relevant topics in categories such as:
  • Form Design Tips 
  • Strategic implementation of TIER features 
  • Industry tendencies and requirements 
  • Solutions to everyday operational challenges 
  • Reporting needs and solutions

Steps

To become part of the TIER National User group:

1. Access the NetsmartCares.com page and click on the Community button located at the bottom of the page.
2. From within the Community page, click on Groups, then TIER National User Group. 
3. You only need to register once and you will be registered for all future meetings.
