T4W_Documents OP__StatusOrd definitions and icons

As you may already know, the op__statusord in the T4W_documents table holds the status of all TIER® Documents.In TIER®, descriptive icons to show you the document’s status through TIER® itself instead of through the tables. The icons appear as follows:StatusOrd: 1-Blank Document Icon-Clear DocumentStatusOrd: 2-Saved Document Icon-Blue DocumentStatusOrd: 3-Saved as Draft Icon-Red Document                                    StatusOrd: 4-Saved w/ Partial Sig Icon-Yellow Checked Document                    StatusOrd: 5-Saved w/ Full Sig. Icon-Red Check Document   These icons will already be displayed in the TIER® TreeView, but you can also display them on TIER® ListViews. To add the statusord icon to an existing TIER® ListView, simply modify your existing lookup as follows:1. Add T4W_Documents as a second table    (ex. FD__MyTable; T4W_Documents)2. Add the op__statusord as an additional field 3. Add a filter between the T4W_Documents table and your existing table     (ex. T4W_Documents.OP__ID = FD__MyTable.OP__DOCID)The icons in your new listview will appear as follows:Note: Blank documents do not display in the TierListView (see attached pdf file for entire Tidbit and accompanying screen shots)
