Scheduler Features (TIER 6.0 and Higher)

TIER® TIDBITSNew Scheduler Refresh OptionWhen using the new scheduler, it is important to make sure that it is displaying the latest available appointment information.  This is especially true when viewing group appointments, since groups are updated by the UpdateScheduler.exe that runs in the background.  Your TIER® Administrator controls the frequency at which the UpdateScheduler executable is run.The option can be found in a menu to easily refresh appointments on this window.  Simply right click any empty space on the schedule to get the menu to display.    Select and click the ‘Refresh’ option.After the refresh option is selected, single and reoccurring appointments will be updated in the window.   Group appointments will display updates as of the last UpdateScheduler execution.(Please see accompanying document screenshots)
