Reserve a Conference Room with TIER Scheduler 6.0
Overview
Beginning with the TIER 6.0, in the Scheduler you can specify a room within the facility as an appointment location.
Details
When you create new Scheduler appointments for clients and need to reserve a room within the facility, first add the room location as equipment within the Environmental Management module. The example shown below is for Conference Room A.

Once the room is added as equipment, it will display as an Available Resource in the Scheduler. The room can be added to Selected Resources when creating an appointment. Use this procedure to reserve rooms for client appointments and staff meetings.
