Netsmart FTP Site

Overview

Access the Netsmart FTP site for sending files to Netsmart.

Steps

1. Point your browser to https://www.ftp.ntst.com.
2. In the login window, enter your organization’s  username and password and click Login. The username looks like an email address – for example, yourorgname@ntstdmz.com.

3. To upload or download files, click the appropriate button. The size of the file will determine how you log in and send it. When sending large files, an FTP Client is preferred. Remember, the purpose of the FTP site is to transfer files, not store them. Files from the old FTP site will not be carried over to the new site.

4. Use the following table as a guide.

5. If you have difficulty accessing the site with a web browser, alternately go to My Computer or Microsoft Windows Explorer and enter the URL. Then save the site as a favorite for future reference.
