How to Use TIER Image Center

TIER Image Center is an add-on tool to the TIER application.  This tool helps in managing the scanned documents. This can be called from a TIER form by using one of the two multi-commands: ScanDoc and OpenScanDoc For an end user who clicks a TIER button on a TIER document, this tool shows up just like another sub-document.
