Medication Frequencies window
Path: Administration>Clinical>Medication Frequencies
This window enables you to define a frequency as daily, weekly or monthly, enter the number of times to administer the medication, and set administration times for a frequency.

Enter the abbreviation for the medication frequency, up to 30 free-text characters. |

Click to define this medication frequency. The Frequency window opens. |

Enter the description for this medication, up to 100 alphanumeric characters. |

Default |
Select to designate this medication frequency as the default frequency in the Medications and MAR windows of Patient>Clinical. |

HL7 Abbreviation |
Enter the HL7 abbreviation for this medication frequency. This field is only applicable for practices that have purchased and are using the HL7 Interface. |
