Define insurance plan print address exceptions

Path: Administration>Financial>Insurance Companies

  1. Open Administration>Financial>Insurance Companies window.
  2. In the Insurance Companies window, select the Plans tab.
  3. In the list on the left panel, select the insurance company.
  4. In the grid on the right panel of the window, select the appropriate insurance plan.
  5. In the row, select the select the Print Address Exceptions check box.
  6. Click Rules.
  7. In the Address Print Option Controls window, define the appropriate rules for Claims/NOE/TAR, or Orders/Clinical Documents and Reports.
  8. Click OK to save your changes in the window.
  9. Save your changes.
