Configure Co-Signature for Organization

Path: Administration>Configuration>Organizations>Co-Signature

  1. Go to Administration>Configuration>Organizations>Co-Signature. The Co-Signature window opens where you can enable and set up resource's co-signature at the organizations level.
  2. Select the check box opposite the Business Unit in your organization for which you want to turn on the Co-Signature functionality.
  3. Select the Enable Co-Signature Option check box to activate the co-signature functionality.
  4. In the Co-Signature Statement field, enter the text that will be displayed on the documentation when resource co-signs the clinical items.
  5. On the Clinical Items tab, select the check boxes next to the clinical item types that you want to make available in the selected Business Unit, or click Select All to allow co-signing all listed clinical documents.
  6. Go to the Tasks tab.
  7. Select default task code, priority, and due date interval for the denied clinical documents in the corresponding fields.
  8. Save your changes.
