Updated the application and created a new RevConnect Billing Format for Virginia Medicaid MCO payers. This item requires both a server and Billing Format Update. The new Billing Format is 837I 5010 RevConnect Virginia Medicaid MCO Home Health 24.1.200 (v1).bft.
  • Modified the application to consider eight minutes (instead of thirty) as the minimum visit amount.
  • Removed trailing spaces in the 'Claim Service Location Address' in Loop 2310E in N401, N403, and N301.
  • Added an additional ':' separator when the HCPCS code of SV202-2 is blank.
