MCG+ CareRecord Integration
Updated the integration so that when a non-EVV service (determined via a new Bill Rate setting) for an EVV payer is scheduled, the visit is marked as ‘IsEvvServiceCode=’False’ so that the visit is accepted by MCG+ but not treated as an EVV Service.

Topics
• Integration - MCG+
Integration
Updated the Pharmacy integration to support medication and allergy list requests via a FHIR v4 endpoint.
A system configuration turns off the migration from v3 to v4 by default. When specific pharmacy/PBM vendors can support the v4 Endpoint, clients can request information from Netsmart on enabling the configuration. The v4 Endpoint supports pagination for handling large requests (HC-56117).

Topics
• Integration
Accounting Exports
A new EVV Services with Errors export named is available from the Queries section in the Netsmart Resource Center.
This export is loaded in the query component and activated in Accounting Exports. It outputs a .csv file with service details for EVV visits that encountered errors in the past three days. This output is useful for bringing into an analysis tool such as Excel for additional analysis manipulation.

Guardiant
With their upgrade, a next-generation Guardiant agent will be deployed to Netsmart-hosted clients. Guardiant is a secure autonomous computing platform that provides Netsmart Resources with dashboard information about the health, adoption, and optimization of your system.
A key feature of the new agent is the ability to deploy new analysis and measurement queries without software releases.

Administration
Updated Administration> Financial> Billing Rates> Details by renaming the ‘HCPCS/HIPPS Code’ column to ‘HCPCS Code’. In addition, an 'EVV Service' column with a check box was added. This checkbox is used by the application and MCG+ CareRecord integration to determine if the service is an EVV service.
During the update, if the Insurance Code in the Bill Rate detail is linked to a Legal Entity with a defined MCG+ Provider ID, that Rate Detail is checked as an EVV Service.

MCG+ CareRecord Integration

Updated the SN-Nursing Template. The updated templates are deployed to a folder on the Homecare Application Server for manual updates to the application. Agency customizations carry forward. Standard question conflict checking and reporting remain available. In addition, OASIS templates will be updated at the end of the year with new templates for OASIS-E1. The full implementation of this item requires both Homecare Server 24.2 and the installation of the corresponding Patient Assessment Template (.ast). Mobile Tablet users also require Mobile Tablet 24.2.
