Run Donor List report

Path: Reports>Hospice>Donor List

  1. Go to Reports>Hospice>Donor List.
  2. On the Define tab, select the date range for the report.
  3. Select sorting options for the report: by name, city, or resource type.
  4. If needed, select the necessary options in the Donation Type Criteria, Resource Type Criteria, and Demographic Type Criteria sections.
  5. If you want to include donor addresses and phone numbers, select the Print Addresses check box.
  6. Click Preview to generate the report.
    1. If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.
  7. If needed, print or save the report in the necessary format.
