OASIS Due Alert report - Define tab

Path: Reports>Clinical>OASIS Due Alert

Use the Define tab to select what information to include in the report.

  • You can sort the data in the report by patient last name, by team, or by assessment date.
  • You can include in the report all or individual patients.
  • Click Preview to generate the report based on the criteria you entered.

Note: If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.
