Medications Descriptions report - Define tab

Path: Reports>Clinical

Use the Define tab to specify the information you want to include in the report:

Field Description

Patients

Select the patients for the report. This option is not available when printing medication descriptions in Patient>Documents.

As of Date

Specify the date starting from which you want to view the information on the medications prescribed to the selected patients.

Sequence by Team

Select to order the patients by team. This option is not available when printing medication descriptions in Patient>Documents.

Page Break

Select to preview each patient's medication on a new page.

Language

Specify the language of the medication description: English or Spanish.
