Generate Bereaved List report

Path: Reports>Hospice>Bereaved List

To generate the Bereaved List report:

  1. Specify the date range, sorting option, and optionally patient's team.
  2. Click Preview to generate the report. If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.
  3. If needed, print the report.
