Episodic reports - Define tab

Use the Define tab of the Episodic reports to specify information you want to include in the report. On this tab, you can define the following common options as appropriate for your agency:

  • Date Range
  • Episode Status
  • Adjustment Flags
  • # of Diagnoses
  • Primary Grouping Only
  • Use Cost associated to Service Code for Scheduled and Actual
  • Include Report Definitions Page
  • Include/Show Scheduled Visits
  • Show Adjustments for Open Episodes
  • Include Visit Details on Drill Down (Visit/Therapist Drill Down Details)
  • Exclude Patients with Pending Pay Source and Claims
  • Exclude Episodes without Billable, Verified Visits
  • Sort
  • Mode
  • Print Address Rule
  • Multiple Business Unit Consolidation

Note that the options described in this section are common for most Episodic reports, but not unique for every report. Thus, pay attention to the options and descriptions particular to the report you use.
