This report is generated if the end date specified on the Define tab is the end date of the accounting month, for example: 10.31.2020.

It displays the summarized information on accounts receivable and payment accounts of the:

  • beginning balance
  • beginning balances in the period
  • RAP claims billed in the period
  • RAP replacement or Final claim adjustments billed in the period
  • claims created and voided in this period
  • claims billed for the current period
  • claims created in a prior period and voided in the period
  • total incremental increase or decrease to AR in this period
  • collections for the period, adjustments for the period
  • ending balance
