Care Plan Report - Define tab

Path: Reports>Clinical>Care Plan
Path: Patient>Documents>Care Plan
Path: Orders>Demand Documents>Care Plan

Use the Define tab to specify the information you want to include in the report. Specify the conditions for generating the report:

  • As of Date
  • Discipline
  • Show Start Date for Goals and Interventions
  • Highlight Changes Since
  • Show Historical Data Since
  • Final Care Plan (Discharge/Death)
  • New Page Per Care Plan
  • Sequence by Team – not available from the Patients component.
  • Show Adverse Events
  • Show CTI Physician's information
  • Patients
