Batch Claims Adjustment report - Define tab
Path: Reports>Financial>Batch Claims Adjustment
Use the Define tab to specify the information you want to include in the report. This tab contains the following common options that you need to complete as appropriate for your agency:
- Date Range
- Patients
- Pay Source/Insurance
- Sort By
Also, the Define tab contains the following options unique only to this report:
- Mode – Select one of the following modes for the report:
- Detail – View all actual adjusted claims for the specified date range.
- Log – View the operations made to the claims and either manual adjustment or automatic adjustment during the date range.
- Detail and Log – View both the Batch Claims Adjustment Detail and Batch Claims Adjustment Log generated subreports.
- Adjustment Code – Select the adjustment code to view the adjusted claims with this code only. This section is available if the Detail or Detail and Log radio button is selected in the Mode section.
