The Assessments report shows information about the patient's assessment for a specified discipline within the defined date range.

The view of the generated Assessments report varies according to the selected print options.

Without data – Selected assessments with blank fields. You will have the hardcopy version of an assessment that can be further completed by hand.

With data – Selected assessments with data. In this case, the report consists of three parts:

Part Description

Caption

Contains discipline, assessment name, version, patient first and last names, patient code, reason for assessment (RFA), assessor first and last names, and the date when the assessment was completed.

Assessment Body

Shows assessment fields with the completed values. Depending on the assessment type, the report changes according to the items that are specific for a particular assessment.

Footer

Contains the assessor first and last names, print date and time, and report page number.
