The Assessments report shows information about the patient's assessment for a specified discipline within the defined date range.
The view of the generated Assessments report varies according to the selected print options.
Without data – Selected assessments with blank fields. You will have the hardcopy version of an assessment that can be further completed by hand.
With data – Selected assessments with data. In this case, the report consists of three parts:

Caption |
Contains discipline, assessment name, version, patient first and last names, patient code, reason for assessment (RFA), assessor first and last names, and the date when the assessment was completed. |

Assessment Body |
Shows assessment fields with the completed values. Depending on the assessment type, the report changes according to the items that are specific for a particular assessment. |

Footer |
Contains the assessor first and last names, print date and time, and report page number. |
