Schedule New Event - Pay tab
Path: Schedule > Events > Schedule New Event > Pay Cost
Use this tab to view the pay cost calculation details. This tab contains pay rate details and calculated values including:
- holidays
- weekends
- differential hours
- overtime.
All these fields are Read Only.
The Basis column shows resource's defined rates.
The Calculated column displays the amount calculated for the certain visit you are adding depending on the duration of the visit, including:
- direct time
- indirect time
- travel time
- Period when the visit was made (day, night, evening)
If the resource has Tiered basis defined, then the Basis column is called Basis (Tiered) and the basic and tiered amounts are separated with slash.
- The hint symbol displays the basis amount for every tiered definition.
- Put your cursor to the rate you want to view and the additional information about this rate appears in the pop-up dialog as displayed below.
