Unlock a Case Conference

Prerequisite: You must have the Can Unlock Case Conference privilege assigned. 

Netsmart Homecare > Case Conference

1. Select the Past radio button. 
2. Select the conference that you need to unlock. 
3. Click the ellipse (…) and, from the menu, select Unlock Conference.

Result: The application navigates the user to the Patient Roster. 

Note: After edits are made, you should Lock and Sign the Conference again.
