Telehealth Services

The privilege-controlled Telehealth Services window allows for the easy identification of Telehealth services delivered to a patient and keeps these services separate from in-person services.
This table lists the fields in the Telehealth Services window.

Begin Date and End Date |
Return services in the date range of the filter. |
| Name | Returns the name of the resource that provided the service. This field is blank if the service was for a Remote Monitoring Device. |
| Date | The date that the service was provided. |
| Entered | The date the service was added to the system. |
| Service Code | The Service Code value of the service. |
| Insurance code | The primary or eligible payer linked to the service. |
| Direct Time | The Direct Time value of the service delivery. This will only have a value for service codes where 'Audio and Video' or 'Audio only' was identified. |
| Units |
The number of units based on the billing rate setup for visits. For Medicare payers, this will be the number of 15-minute units. When the Remote Monitoring option is selected, this will be the number of days patient data was reported. |
