Services Day Count Window

Patient>Services>Services Day Count

With the Services Day Count window in the Patient component, you can view the services that staff members provided or scheduled to be provided for the patient. You can view the services for a specified insurance. Also, you can view all (verified and unverified), past (verified) or future (unverified scheduled) staff services for the patient.

To view staff services provided by a selected resource, go to Resource>Transactions>Staff Services.

You cannot edit information on this window. To edit staff services information use Transactions>General>TimeLog or Schedule>Staff or Patient Mode.

Viewing Staff Services for a Patient

1.

Open the Patient component.

2.

Select the appropriate patient.

3.

Select Services>Services Day Count.

4.

Enter a begin and end date for displaying services.

5.

Enter a payer in the Insurance field, or click  and select it.

All applicable services appear in the grid.
