Print Patient Chart Window
Patient > Documents > Print Patient Chart
Using the Print Patient Chart window, you can preview and print multiple documents for a selected patient within a specified date range. You can preview and print the any or all of the following documents from this window:

Create a Patient Chart Layout

In the Print Patient Chart dialog box, in the Layout | Current dropdown, select None. |
|

In the Discipline menu, select the disciplines you want to include in the patient chart. |
|

In the Documents menu, select the documents you want to include in the patient chart. |
|
• |
For each selected document, there is a corresponding tab in the bottom half of the Print Patient Chart dialog box. Check each tab and update with any document-specific settings. |

In the Layout | New field, type the name you wnt to use for your layout and click Save as New. |
|
Your layout is now available from the Layout | Current dropdown menu for any user within your business unit. |
Print a Patient Chart

In the Print Patient Chart dialog box, modify any of the following settings: |

In the Layout | Current dropdown menu, select the layout you want to use. |
|
The layout should have your preferred disciplines, documents, and document settings saved. |

• |
In the Create Chart section, select the Print radio button and click Generate Document. |
