Print Patient Chart Window

Patient > Documents > Print Patient Chart

Using the Print Patient Chart window, you can preview and print multiple documents for a selected patient within a specified date range. You can preview and print the any or all of the following documents from this window:

Care Plan

>

Charting History

>

Charts/Clinical Notes

CTI

>

Discharge Summary

>

Face Sheet

>

Face-to-Face

>

Falls

 

HIS

 

Hospice Election Addendum

Create a Patient Chart Layout

1.

In the Patient component, select the needed patient.

2.

Select Documents > Print Patient Chart.

3.

In the Print Patient Chart dialog box, in the Layout | Current dropdown, select None.

4.

Modify any of the following settings:

In the Discipline menu, select the disciplines you want to include in the patient chart.

In the Documents menu, select the documents you want to include in the patient chart.

For each selected document, there is a corresponding tab in the bottom half of the Print Patient Chart dialog box. Check each tab and update with any document-specific settings.

5.

In the Layout | New field, type the name you wnt to use for your layout and click Save as New.

Your layout is now available from the Layout | Current dropdown menu for any user within your business unit.

Print a Patient Chart

1.

In the Patient component, select the needed patient.

2.

Select Documents > Print Patient Chart.

3.

In the Print Patient Chart dialog box, modify any of the following settings:

In the Layout | Current dropdown menu, select the layout you want to use.

The layout should have your preferred disciplines, documents, and document settings saved.

In the Dates section, select a FromTo, and As of Date.

In the Create Chart section, select the Print radio button and click Generate Document.
