Navigate patient/participant rosters in Case Conference

Netsmart Homecare > Case Conference > Case Conference> Start/Join Conference

The following buttons are available on the Patient and Participant rosters in the Case Conference window.

  • Begin Review: Select this button when you are ready to review your first patient.   
  • Print Roster: Patient, Participant, and Notes can be printed. Users can select to print all or select the tab to print.   
  • Add a row button: Opens patient/resource search to add additional patient/resource if needed.   
  • Delete a row button: Removes patient/resource from the Roster.   
  • Mark as complete: Enabled after all the patients in the case conference are marked done or skipped. Edits are allowed even when the conference is marked complete.   
  • Print Conference: Enabled after Mark as complete is selected. It is used to print the Case Conference Summary Report. Users can select whether to print the Patient Chart details or not.   
  • Lock Conference: Locks the case conference. Edits are not allowed once a conference is locked. Users with the Can Unlock Case Conference privilege can unlock the conference if needed.   
  • Add Guest Participant: Enabled after the conference is started. It is used to add a participant that does not have privileges to log in to the Homecare application. Checking the 'Status' box for the guest includes them in the 'Participants' section of the Case Conference Summary Report. 
  • The Notes tab is a free text box that supports 1000 characters. Spell check functionality is supported.
